Stress Management

Stress Management Coaching helps individuals to:

  • understand why we get stressed
  • identify & change patterns of thinking & acting which contribute to stress
  • trouble shoot solvable problems
  • learn to really relax
  • learn to tolerate stress and anxiety

Rowan worked for over ten years as a BBC television producer and director. During that time she also trained in Stress Management, Therapeutic Massage and Yoga Teaching, learning skills which helped her stay calm and successful in the stressful and competitive world of the media. Now she put all of those skills together to offer flexible Stress Management programmes, which are tailor-made to each client. The coaching will be based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and might include work with stress-inducing memories using EMDR or Schema Therapy.

Costs: (self-funding clients): £75.00

Rowan is registered with most major health insurers so your health insurance may cover the cost of your coaching.

Session Times: Tuesday and Wednesday daytimes
